Asia-Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce
Asia-Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce (APCAC) officially launched their redesigned website www.apcac.org on Monday, October 3rd. A major goal of the site is serve as a central repository for information pertaining to AmChams is the Asia-Pacific region.
The website takes a streamlined approach at consolidating information from various sources on the Web including major news outlets as well as regional AmCham websites. The site employs XML-based RSS feeds to import syndicated news and event information allowing the content to be synchronous and updated at the “speed of the Internet.”
APCAC will be taking strides to improve communications with and between other AmChams and will look to expand the use of its website and the Internet as a way to improve overall communication efficiency.
